Shelterkind: Providing Shelter for Stray Animals

Updated: Nov 11

The second initiative of the foundation during this period is Shelterkind, a project deeply aligned with the company's mission and values. Shelterkind aims to establish small shelters that provide food, water, and protection for stray animals. These shelters are strategically placed to address the immediate needs of abandoned animals, particularly dogs and cats, while also raising awareness about the importance of animal welfare. Through Shelterkind, we seek to foster compassion and responsible care, promoting respect for all living beings within local communities.

The Foundation Project: Shelterkind

The foundation is made up of three distinct projects focused on mental health, poverty, and the prevention of animal abandonment. Among these, Shelterkind is particularly close to our company, reflecting our deep compassion for animals. The Shelterkind project aims to raise awareness about the consequences of animal abandonment through published articles, while also developing mini shelters that provide immediate refuge for abandoned animals, along with food and water.

What Is The Goal of Project Shelterkind?

The primary goal of the Shelterkind project is to reduce the number of abandoned animals and encourage responsible pet ownership. By establishing mini shelters, we aim to provide sufficient refuge for stray animals on the streets, offering them a safe place until they are rehomed or receive further care.

How Will The Shelter System Work?

The sheltering system will operate on the principle of placing mini shelters in areas with high populations of stray animals. To bring this idea to life, we will collaborate with local communities and authorized personnel. Additionally, we will seek funding to support the development of these shelters, ensuring they are designed with both practicality and the well-being of the animals in mind.

How Will The Shelters Benefit Stray Animals?

Our approach focuses on ensuring that stray animals naturally find their way to the shelters, where they will be protected from various weather conditions, such as heat or cold, depending on the location. Each shelter will be equipped with refillable tanks for fresh water and food, providing enough resources to prevent the animals from suffering from hunger or dehydration.

Where Will The Shelters Be Positioned?

The shelters will be strategically placed in areas with high populations of stray dogs and cats, particularly in locations where such initiatives have not yet been implemented. These shelters will also be positioned in communities struggling to prevent abandoned animals from starving, offering much-needed support in addressing the issue.

Through the Shelterkind project, we are addressing the urgent issue of animal abandonment by providing immediate support for stray animals in need. By strategically positioning mini shelters in high-risk areas and ensuring they are equipped with essential resources, we aim to alleviate the suffering of abandoned animals and promote responsible care within communities. This initiative reflects our commitment to compassion and aims to foster greater awareness of the importance of animal welfare.
