1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website farteljenterprises.com/sandboxlab and all services provided by Sandbox Lab, operated under NMAJ Atelier s.p., Panonska ulica 5, Rakičan, 9000 Murska Sobota, Slovenia, VAT number 98664280, registered at AJPES Slovenia.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. SERVICES
Sandbox Lab provides professional web design, web development and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements concluded between Sandbox Lab and the client prior to commencement of work.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices are published on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. For individual service engagements, the price applicable at the time of concluding the service agreement shall apply.
A proforma invoice is valid for three days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. All published prices are stated in euros and do not include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the VAT Act, VAT is not calculated on our services. In the event of late payment, statutory late payment interest shall be applied in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation.
4. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Service agreements are concluded in the Slovenian or English language as agreed between the parties. All contracts and invoices are stored in electronic form at the company's registered address. A copy of any invoice may be requested at any time via info@farteljenterprises.com.
Accepted orders and signed service agreements are treated as binding. The client may cancel a service engagement without additional obligations prior to the commencement of work. Once work has commenced, cancellation is subject to the terms defined in the individual service agreement.
5. EXECUTION AND REJECTION OF ORDERS
Sandbox Lab will commence work on accepted orders within the timeframe agreed in the individual service agreement. Confirmation of commencement will be communicated to the client via email.
In the event of an obvious error in pricing, deliverables or essential features of the service as published, Sandbox Lab reserves the right to reject or withdraw from the agreement. While we endeavour to ensure all published information is accurate and current, rapid changes in service offerings or pricing may occasionally result in discrepancies.
6. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information necessary for the execution of services. Sandbox Lab shall not be held responsible for delays, errors or suboptimal outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or late provision of information by the client.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published on farteljenterprises.com/sandboxlab, including but not limited to program code, software architecture, graphic elements, images, design elements and other creative works, is the property of NMAJ Atelier s.p. and is protected under applicable intellectual property legislation.
Upon full receipt of payment for completed services, intellectual property rights for delivered work are transferred to the client as specified in the individual service agreement. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sandbox Lab shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.
All users access the website and its content at their own risk. Sandbox Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and accepts no liability for service interruptions regardless of cause.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users of our website are expressly prohibited from:
